5. Products and Jewelry Information

LumiSerene specializes in pearl jewelry and accessories, including pearl necklaces, earrings, bracelets, rings, handmade jewelry, and related products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, measurements, photographs, colors, materials, and prices are accurate.

However, the appearance of colors and details may vary depending on:

Screen settings;
Lighting conditions;
Photography;
Device type;
Natural variations in materials.

Product photographs may be enlarged to show detail. Customers should review the measurements and specifications provided on each product page before ordering.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of a product at any time.

6. Naturally Unique Pearls

Many LumiSerene products contain natural or cultured pearls.

Subtle variations in pearl shape, size, surface texture, luster, color, and tone are part of their natural character. These variations make each piece unique and are not considered defects solely because they differ slightly from product photographs or from one another.

This provision does not exclude products that are materially damaged, incorrectly made, defective, or different from the product ordered.

7. Prices, Taxes and Currency

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on our website are in U.S. dollars.

Product prices do not include shipping fees, taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other government-imposed fees unless expressly stated.

Applicable shipping fees and taxes will be displayed during checkout whenever required and available.

We may:

Update product prices;
Correct typographical or pricing errors;
End promotional pricing;
Limit the quantity of products purchased;
Cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing or technical error.

If we cancel a paid order because of a pricing or technical error, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted and shipped.

8. Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods displayed during checkout, which may include PayPal or other authorized third-party payment providers.

By submitting a payment, you represent that:

You are authorized to use the selected payment method;

The payment does not violate any applicable law.

We do not directly store complete payment card information on our website servers. Payment information is processed according to the applicable payment provider’s security and privacy practices.

An order may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be verified, is declined, is reversed, or appears unauthorized.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you may receive an automated confirmation email. This email confirms that we received your order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted or shipped.

An order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise confirm that the order has entered fulfillment.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:

Product unavailability;
Incorrect pricing or product information;
Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment;
Shipping restrictions;
Violation of purchase limits;
Violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received and before the order has been fulfilled, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.

10. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship primarily to valid delivery addresses within the United States.

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, promotional events, or other high-volume periods, processing may take approximately 3–7 business days.

Standard U.S. delivery is estimated to take 7–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Every U.S. order includes online tracking from dispatch to delivery.

Our standard U.S. shipping fees are:

Orders from $0 to $49.99: $5.99
Orders from $50 to $98.99: $4.99
Orders of $99 or more: Free standard shipping

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, remote locations, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the stated processing period, we will notify the customer and provide the option to accept the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be charged to the customer when permitted by law.

Risk of loss and ownership of the products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.

11. Customs, Duties and Import Charges

Products may be shipped from China and may be subject to customs processing, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges.

Unless an order is expressly identified at checkout as duties-paid or tax-inclusive, charges assessed directly to the recipient by customs authorities or delivery carriers are the customer’s responsibility.

We do not control customs decisions, inspection times, or the amount of government-imposed charges.

If a shipping service is identified as duties-paid or tax-inclusive at checkout, the customer will not be required to pay those included charges again upon delivery.

12. 30-Day Returns

Eligible products may be returned by contacting us within 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

To qualify for a standard return, the product must be:

Unworn and unused;

Undamaged;

In its original condition;

Returned in its original packaging;

Accompanied by its original accessories, gifts, and materials;

Supported by a valid order number or proof of purchase.

Customers must contact LumiSerene and receive return authorization and the correct return instructions before mailing a product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

For standard returns based on preference, fit, style, or change of mind:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs;

Original shipping fees are non-refundable;

The customer should use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and other pierced-ear jewelry are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, even if they have not been worn.

Customized, personalized, engraved, made-to-order, gift card, and clearly marked Final Sale products are also not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

These restrictions do not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered. Eligible issues will be reviewed under our 30-Day Quality Promise.

We may reject a return or reduce the refund, where permitted by law, if the product does not meet the eligibility requirements stated in these Terms or our Refund & Return Policy.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

13. Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, or customization reasons, the following products are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges:

Earrings and other pierced-ear jewelry, even if they have not been worn;

Personalized products;

Engraved products;

Customized products;

Made-to-order products;

Gift cards;

Products clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase.

Products that have been worn, used, damaged, altered, improperly stored, or improperly cared for are also not eligible for standard returns or exchanges.

Any applicable customization, made-to-order, or Final Sale restriction will be clearly disclosed on the relevant product page before purchase.

These restrictions do not apply when a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the item ordered. Eligible issues will be reviewed under our 30-Day Quality Promise.

These restrictions also do not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.erwise required by applicable law.

14. 30-Day Quality Promise

LumiSerene provides a 30-Day Quality Promise covering:

Products that arrive damaged;
Products with eligible manufacturing defects;
Incorrect products;
Products materially different from the item ordered.

Customers must contact us as soon as reasonably possible and no later than 30 calendar days after the recorded delivery date.

When submitting a quality claim, customers may be required to provide:

The order number;
A clear description of the issue;
Clear photographs or videos of the product;
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label, when applicable.

After reviewing the request, we may provide an appropriate remedy, including:

A replacement;
An exchange;
A full or partial refund;
Another reasonable solution agreed with the customer.

For a confirmed quality issue covered by this promise, LumiSerene will be responsible for reasonable replacement or return shipping costs.

The 30-Day Quality Promise does not cover:

Normal wear and tear;
Accidental damage;
Improper use or storage;
Damage caused by water, perfume, lotions, sweat, or harsh chemicals;
Unauthorized repair, alteration, or modification;
Failure to follow our jewelry care instructions;
Natural variations in pearl shape, size, texture, luster, or color.

The 30-Day Quality Promise is separate from the 14-day standard return period. After the standard return period expires, only eligible quality issues remain covered during the remainder of the 30-day period.

This Quality Promise is in addition to any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Refunds

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected, unless a refund without return is authorized.

The time required for a refund to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

The product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect;
The order was canceled before shipment;
A refund of shipping fees is otherwise required by applicable law.

16. Promotions, Coupons and Discounts

Promotional codes, coupons, gifts, and discounts may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the offer.

Unless otherwise stated:

Only one promotional code may be used per order;
Promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
Discounts cannot be applied retroactively;
Promotions may have expiration dates or product restrictions;
Free gifts may be subject to availability.

If an order is returned, the refund will be calculated based on the amount actually paid after applicable discounts.

If a returned order no longer meets the conditions of a free gift or promotional offer, the free gift may also need to be returned in unused condition.

We may cancel a promotion when reasonably necessary because of an error, misuse, fraud, or circumstances beyond our control.

17. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including product images, logos, brand assets, graphics, illustrations, text, product descriptions, website design, layout, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to LumiSerene.

This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and unfair competition laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, sell, license, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

You may use our website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of LumiSerene trademarks, logos, designs, or other intellectual property to the user.

If you submit a review, comment, photograph, video, testimonial, or other content to LumiSerene, you represent that:

You own or control the necessary rights to the content;
The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
The content does not violate any law or third-party right;
The content is not fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, misleading, or harmful.

You grant LumiSerene a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, and distribute the submitted content in connection with our website, products, customer service, social media, advertising, and marketing.

This permission does not transfer ownership of your original content to LumiSerene.

We may remove or decline to publish content that violates these Terms, but we are not obligated to monitor all user-submitted content.

We will not knowingly publish false reviews or materially alter a review in a way that misrepresents the customer’s opinion.

19. Website Availability and Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to keep our website accurate, secure, and available.

However, we do not guarantee that:

Every product will remain available;
Website content will always be complete or error-free.

Product-specific commitments, including our 30-Day Quality Promise, remain subject to the express terms stated in these Terms and our applicable policies.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any warranty, remedy, liability, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LumiSerene and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from:

Unauthorized access not caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures;
Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

Willful misconduct;
Gross negligence;
Personal injury caused by a defective product;
Breach of an express product promise;
Any liability or consumer remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

21. Force Majeure

We will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

This section does not remove any customer right to receive notice of a shipping delay, cancel an eligible unshipped order, or receive a refund when required by applicable law.

Jurisdiction and venue for a dispute will be determined according to applicable law.

Before beginning formal legal proceedings, you and LumiSerene are encouraged to contact each other and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

26. No Waiver

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

A waiver is effective only when expressly confirmed in writing.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced herein and any product-specific conditions displayed before purchase, constitute the agreement between you and LumiSerene regarding use of the website and purchase of our products.

If a product-specific condition conflicts with these Terms, the more specific condition will apply to that product, except where prohibited by law.
