Thank you for shopping with LumiSerene. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed through our official website.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During holidays, promotional events, high-volume shopping seasons, or new product launches, order processing may take longer than usual. In peak periods, processing may take up to 3–7 business days.

If your order experiences a significant processing delay, we will notify you by email.

2. Where Orders Ship From

Our orders are carefully prepared, inspected, and shipped from China.

We work with international delivery carriers and shipping partners to provide clear delivery estimates and tracking information for U.S. customers.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, including all U.S. states.

Some remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and certain U.S. territories may require additional delivery time.

Selected international shipping may be available depending on carrier service coverage, product availability, and order eligibility.

If your country or region is not available at checkout, we are currently unable to deliver to your location.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

For orders delivered to the United States:

Estimated delivery time: 7–12 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include order processing time.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Additional time may be required due to remote delivery areas, customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or peak shipping seasons.

5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Our current U.S. shipping structure is based on the order subtotal before discounts:

  • $0–$49: Standard shipping fee applies
  • $50–$98: Discounted standard shipping fee applies
  • $99 and above: Free standard shipping

Free shipping eligibility is based on the order subtotal before coupon codes, discounts, taxes, or additional fees.

The final shipping fee shown at checkout will apply to your order.

We reserve the right to update shipping rates, free shipping thresholds, and promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after the package has been handed over to the carrier.

If your tracking information has not updated for several business days, please contact us at pearl@lumiserene.com and we will do our best to assist you.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International deliveries may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government charges depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by their local authorities.

LumiSerene does not cover, reimburse, or advance any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees.

We are not responsible for delays, holds, returns, or delivery failures caused by customs inspections, clearance issues, or unpaid customs charges.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout, including recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, country, phone number, and email address.

We are not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, undeliverable, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at pearl@lumiserene.com.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that shipping information can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

9. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

After an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by third-party carriers.

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, marked as delivered but not received, or suspected to be stolen, please first check the delivery status directly with the carrier using your tracking number.

You may also contact us at pearl@lumiserene.com, and we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.

LumiSerene is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, returned, misdelivered, or undeliverable due to carrier issues, incorrect shipping information, customer refusal, unpaid customs fees, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If the issue is directly caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at pearl@lumiserene.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging, if applicable

We will review your request and may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Items damaged due to normal wear, improper use, improper storage, accidental damage, or failure to follow jewelry care instructions are not considered defective.

11. Split Shipments

Items in the same order may be delivered separately due to product availability, packaging requirements, or fulfillment arrangements.

If your order is sent in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking information for each package.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments unless otherwise clearly stated at checkout.

12. Pre-Order, Handmade, or Made-to-Order Items

Some handmade, customized, pre-order, or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.

If a product requires extended processing time, this information will be stated on the product page or communicated to you after purchase.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, we may deliver all items together once the full order is ready, unless otherwise arranged.

13. Delivery Refusal or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned due to customer refusal, unpaid customs fees, incorrect shipping information, or failure to receive the package, we may deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees, handling fees, or other related costs from any eligible refund.

If the customer requests reshipment, additional shipping fees may apply.

14. Returns Related to Shipping

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise required by law or caused by our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect item, or another issue caused by LumiSerene.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as earrings, customized items, and personalized products may be non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless required by applicable law.

15. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update, revise, or replace this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this page.

Your continued use of our website or purchase of our products after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Shipping Policy.
