Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

All our pearl jewelry is photographed with genuine products. Natural pearls feature inherent subtle differences in color, shape and surface texture, these organic variations are normal craftsmanship traits instead of product defects.

Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your order confirmation and receipt will be sent to your registered inbox after checkout. Reach out to pearl@lumiserene.com if you cannot locate your order document.
How can I return an item?
  • EEA & UK buyers: You own a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for eligible returns per local consumer law.
  • Global customers: Submit your return request via pearl@lumiserene.com for team approval first. Items must stay unworn with original intact packaging to qualify for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Limited handcrafted pearl designs get restocked monthly. Subscribe our site email to get early restock notifications for your favorite out-of-stock styles.

Where can I ship my order?

At this time, LumiSerene ships to the United States. We are working to gradually expand our shipping availability to more countries and regions in the future.
while buyers take charge of local customs duties & import taxes. Please fill in correct delivery address; we cannot cover costs for returned parcels caused by wrong address or delivery refusal.
