All our pearl jewelry is photographed with genuine products. Natural pearls feature inherent subtle differences in color, shape and surface texture, these organic variations are normal craftsmanship traits instead of product defects.
- EEA & UK buyers: You own a statutory 14-day cooling-off period for eligible returns per local consumer law.
- Global customers: Submit your return request via pearl@lumiserene.com for team approval first. Items must stay unworn with original intact packaging to qualify for return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
