Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to valid delivery addresses within the United States.
Every LumiSerene order is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged in Zhejiang, China before shipment.
Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
During holidays, promotional events, or other high-volume periods, processing may take approximately 3–7 business days.
Estimated Delivery
Standard U.S. delivery is estimated to take 7–12 business days after shipment.
Under normal circumstances, the total estimated time from placing an order to receiving it is approximately 8–15 business days.
Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Shipping Fees
- Orders from $0 to $49.99: $5.99
- Orders from $50 to $98.99: $4.99
- Orders of $99 or more: Free standard shipping
The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Tracked U.S. Delivery
Every U.S. order includes online tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
You may also track your package through 17TRACK Global Package Tracking.
Please allow approximately 24–48 hours after shipment for the first tracking update to appear.
Shipping Carriers
Orders are transported by international shipping partners and transferred to a U.S. last-mile delivery carrier, such as USPS or another local carrier.
The carrier may change during transit, and the final delivery carrier will appear in your tracking details when available.
Packaging
Your jewelry will be carefully protected for international delivery and presented in LumiSerene packaging.
Depending on the product and order size, packaging may include:
- A LumiSerene jewelry box or pouch;
- A jewelry care guide;
- A soft cleaning cloth;
- Additional protective packaging for gift sets or multi-item orders.
Packaging components may vary depending on the product and availability.
Possible Delivery Delays
Delivery may take longer because of customs processing, severe weather, public holidays, remote locations, peak shipping periods, or carrier disruptions.
